Contractor Framer wanted to Gut rebuild small home built over water (Lake Sunapee) hide this posting unhide

There is currently a 2nd floor of approximately 112 finished sq ft. in the "attic"
The existing layout only allows for approx. 6' ceiling height on each floor.
Looking for labor price to perform following, Phase I:
1. Interior gut of all exterior walls, ceilings, and floor to studs
2. Removal of 2nd floor completely and all existing interior walls
3. Repair crib dock foundation - replace any rotted wood with new PT, jack or level house so it's completely level and thoroughly supported
4. Re-frame 1st floor joists
5. Frame interior walls to create 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open concept kitchen/living/dining
6. Frame lofted sleeping space under roof peak
7. Install 2 new exterior doors
